Henan Jianhong Refractory manufactures High Alumina Insulation Bricks, also known as “Poly Light” bricks. Manufactured using high-grade bauxite clinker and combustible additives (such as polystyrene beads or sawdust), these bricks are fired at 1350°C-1500°C. During firing, the additives burn out, leaving a uniform porous structure (as seen in our product photos).

This structure provides excellent thermal insulation while maintaining the high refractory properties of alumina. They are the ideal cost-effective solution for insulation layers where the ultra-high purity of Mullite (JM series) is not strictly required.
